Any activities are done so at student’s own risk. If an accident/illness occurs, teachers will administer medical assistance if required or call 000. Fusion Movement Studio can print, copy, display, or publish photos/video of students which may be taken at the studio, concert or any additional performances. They can be used as promotional material at any time. Students are automatically re-enrolled each term unless you tell us before the next term begins. Fees are required by the invoiced due date. No refunds for public holidays or missed classes. Costume hire fee is included in term fees for dance and cheer/acro classes. Costume portion of fees will not be refunded if you choose to leave or fail to attend concert. If costumes are not returned when stated, a $10 late fee will be charged. If a costume is lost, a $20 replacement fee will be charged. Any free trial becomes part of your normal enrolment if you choose to continue.
